When we hold on to unforgiveness and we live with grudges, we are simply shutting other people out of our lives. We become isolated, alone, warped and imprisoned by our own bitterness.
Do you realize that these walls prevents God’s blessing from flowing into our lives? They can stop the flow of god’s favour and keep our prayers from being answered and they’ll hinder your dreams from coming to pass.
You must forgive the people who hurt you so you can get out of your ‘prison.’ Get the bitterness out of your life; it’s the only way you’ll be free.
“For if you forgive men when they sin against you, our heavenly father will also forgive you; but if you do not forgive men of their sins; your Father will not forgive you of your sins.”
